Barracuda Swim Team Annual Awards Banquet
Tuesday, March 4th, 2008 6:00 pm Pitkin Community Center
Dinner Information: All Family members pay $10. Dinner includes: pasta with butter, pasta with sauce, meatballs, chicken cutlet, salad with dressing, rolls and butter, soda and dessert.
Raffle Information: One of the highlights of the banquet is the raffle. We ask each family to donate at least one item to be raffled (The money raised from the raffle is used to pay for the swimmers trophies.) Some of the favorite items in the past have included: t-shirts, gift baskets, candy, games, CDs, DVD’s, goggles, swim towels, and gift certificates (Blockbuster, Laser Quest, I-tunes cards, etc.) Be Creative! We encourage you to please help make this a special night for our swimmers. The raffle tickets will be on sale at the banquet. Please bring all raffle prizes to Linda Wood at the pool by Feb. 15th or the night of the banquet.
Coaches Gifts: If you are interested in contributing, we recommend each family contribute $5.00 towards gifts for the coaching staff. They have done an excellent job this season, and with full participation from our families, we should be able to really show our appreciation.
EVERYONE: PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN THE BOTTOM OF THIS SHEET, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON ATTENDING!! Complete this section along with your check made payable to “Wethersfield Barracudas” Forms & checks must be dropped off at the pool during practice no later than January 31st.
